Chestra - Real Time ANS Analytics for high performance operators

Real-time nervous system telemetry for high-performance operators

Built for drivers, pilots, and mission-critical performance.

Chestra measures autonomic load and recovery dynamics liveduring real operational stress. Our patent-based signal analysis helps teams monitor focus stability, physiological strain, and performance readiness in environments where precision, timing, and stability make the difference.

LIVE ANS

Conventional HRV measurement methods are built for readings during rest — not for real-time performance environments.

In racing and aviation, operators are under constant physiological load. Standard HRV scores cannot provide the live, high-resolution insight needed for fast decisions during competition or mission-critical operation.

Chestra changes that.

Our patent-based CADA Analysis enables live tracking of autonomic dynamics under non-static conditions — including parasympathetic activity, mixed LF regulation, and recovery capacity.

This creates a real-time view into driver or pilot state that conventional HRV tools cannot deliver.

Coach / Optimize / Practice

Our analysis maps the activity of the autonomic nervous system’s activation and recovery potential in real time.

By visualizing these systems as live curves, teams can assess whether an operator is still within their optimal performance window — or whether they may need targeted coaching to regain focus, downregulate stress, or recover control.

In high-pressure environments such as endurance racing, drone operations, aviation, or air traffic control, this can support better decisions on performance management, safety, and when it may be time to rotate the operator.

Different mental and physiological states create specific autonomic response patterns under stress. The following graphs show how HF and LF dynamics can differ between a highly focused nervous system and a system that is strongly engaged but still controlled.

These patterns can be generated in real time and analyzed by the pit wall, mission control, or an operations control room — giving teams a live view of how the operator responds while performance is still unfolding.
